 Hello friends, in today's article we are sharing with you the recipe of how to make paneer sabji. If you cook the vegetable with this recipe, the vegetable will turn out amazing and everyone will run away from its smell. You can make this vegetable easily and you can also get compliments from your guests. So let's start making paneer curry-ingredients for making paneer vegetable

 First we will take a pot and add oil in it. When the oil gets hot, add the onion cut into long pieces

 We have to deep fry the onions so added more oil

 When the onion turns light brown, remove the onion and add garlic and ginger to the same oil

 When the ginger and garlic are fried we will remove it

 Now we will take a mixer jar and add fried onion, garlic and ginger in it. Now we will grind it

 After grinding we will take out this paste in a bowl. Remember not to use water while grinding it

 Now we will add tomatoes in this jar and make puree

 Now we will heat the same oil again. When the oil is hot, we will add cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaves in it

 When the cumin seeds crackle we will reduce the gas and add red chilli powder and turmeric.

 Will combine them all. Now we will add tomato paste to it. We will cook this tomato paste for 1 minute.

 After 1 minute we will add ginger and onion paste. Now we will add garam masala and coriander powder and mix it.

 Now we will cover it and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

 After 2 minutes we will switch off the gas and add curd. Keep the gas on and add curd, curd will explode.

 After mixing the curd well we will turn on the gas and add 1 cup of water to this spice.

 After adding water, salt will be added to it.

 Mix all these things well.

 Now we will add cheese to it. After adding the cheese we will mix the vegetable.

 Now we will cover the vegetable and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes we will switch off the gas and add 1 tbsp ghee to the vegetable.

 It gives a great color to the vegetable. Our paneer curry is ready, you can eat it with roti, puri, rice.
